 International shipping

True Kit sends boats from our New Zealand headquarters to customers anywhere in the world. To ensure every boat meets our expectations each one is quality checked, including full inflation and deflation before being packed by hand. We can typically prepare and dispatch your standard order within 3 working days from confirmed order.

If you are purchasing from outside of New Zealand we will use an international door to door courier service (DHL/TNT/FEDEX).  Once your order has been confirmed we will contact you via email with shipping details.  Each shipment will require customs clearance and the courier service will assist with this step.  Local duties or taxes will be due when the order clears your local customs.

*Please note: These estimated delivery timeframes can change during high freight volume periods e.g Christmas. Please be aware that shipping timeframes may be slower than normal during these times and we suggest allowing extra time for your ordering.

New Zealand Orders

For shipping within New Zealand we use Mainfreight.  Shipping costs will be calculated either via our shopping cart or your invoice if you order via email. Once we have received your order you will be sent a confirmation of your order which will include delivery details.

The Buying Process from Start to Finish 

• Choose your products on our website and carefully select your accessories
• You will receive an immediate order confirmation email
• We will prepare your order in the True Kit workshop
• Your order will be booked with a courier service and we will email you the tracking information
• Your order will be collected from the True Kit Team by the courier
• The customs clearing team from the international courier will assist with efficiently clearing your order.  If there are duties to pay or documents to be completed they will contact you (please note that local duties may be payable)
• Your order will be delivered to your chosen address
• Now it's time to enjoy your new True Kit inflatable!
